* WHERE...Central Highlands and Northeast Highlands. This includes
  portions of Interstate 40 near Clines Corners and Interstate 25
  near Las Vegas.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
