...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL MORA AND NORTH
CENTRAL SAN MIGUEL COUNTIES UNTIL 6 PM MDT...

At 530 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Valmora, or 17 miles southwest of Wagon Mound, moving south at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Valmora, Watrous and Shoemaker.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 25 near Mile Marker 365...and
between Mile Markers 366 and 374.
State Road 104 between Mile Markers 15 and 21.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

weather conditions.
