...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL CHAVES COUNTY UNTIL 3
AM MDT...

At 237 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles southwest of Elkins, or 25 miles northeast of Roswell, moving
west at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly rural areas of Central Chaves County.
