At 551 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 24
miles southwest of Bingham, or 38 miles west of Carrizozo, moving
northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of South Central Socorro and West Central
Lincoln Counties.
