Northeastern Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico...
* Until 700 PM MDT.
* At 635 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Arch, or 14 miles east of Portales, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Mainly rural areas of Northeastern Roosevelt County.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
