  Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico...

* Until 545 PM MDT.

* At 507 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast
  of Tinnie, or 28 miles east of Ruidoso, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
           roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sunset.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
