.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be on the increase today out of the south, with gusts of
30 to 40 mph possible, highest over portions of east central SD and
over and along the Sisseton Hills. Winds will switch out of
north/northwest for Sunday behind a cold front, with widespread
gusts of 30 to possibly 45 mph. Winds will diminish Sunday evening.
Minimum relative humidity will range between 25 to 70 percent,
lowest over east central SD. With rain moving in tonight and Sunday,
minimum relative humidity will increase to 50 to 80 percent across
the forecast area.
