An area of low pressure over southwestern South Dakota will move
across central South Dakota this afternoon, ushering in warmer air.
Winds mainly out of the south will be strongest over eastern South
Dakota with gusts of 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Min RH falls to
30 to 40 percent today along and west of the Missouri River with
higher values farther east. Similar values are expected on Tuesday
though winds will be lighter and out of the northeast.
