.DISCUSSION...
The high relative humidity weather will continue, staying mainly
above 60 percent through at least Wednesday. Low pressure continues
to track across northeastern South Dakota this afternoon and into
Minnesota tonight. This is leading to rain being more scattered and
spotty this afternoon which will continue into tonight. The rain
will fill back in Tuesday morning for locations in the James Valley
and eastward and continue through Wednesday. There is a 50 to 70%
chance of 1" or more of additional rainfall this evening through
Wednesday evening, highest James Valley and eastward. Winds out of
the north will gust 35 to 45 mph late this afternoon into Tuesday
morning near and west of the Missouri River, and linger over
portions of south central South Dakota into Tuesday afternoon.
