.DISCUSSION...
Afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms mainly throughout
and east of the James River valley will be replaced with a bit more
widespread rain shower potential overnight tonight. Minimum relative
humidity will be 40 to 50 percent this afternoon throughout and west
of the Missouri River valley, with values in the 50 to 65 percent
range east of the Missouri River valley. Winds will start out south
or southwest today before switching around to the north or northwest
later this afternoon and evening behind a cold frontal passage.
Wednesday should prove drier than today, with afternoon relative
humidity ranging generally from 45 to 55 percent across most of the
forecast area on northerly breezes.
