.DISCUSSION...

The high relative humidity weather will continue, staying mainly
above 50 percent through the end of the work week. The rain will
fill back in this afternoon and evening for locations in the James
Valley and eastward and continue through Wednesday. The chance for
additional rainfall amounts of a half inch or more is 50 to 90%
along and east of the Sisseton Hills, with a 50 to 65% chance for an
inch or more mainly east of I29. Winds out of the north will gust 25
to 35 mph and diminish west to east across the forecast area this
evening into the overnight hours.
