.DISCUSSION...
As rain showers have moved out of South Dakota, a lingering low
cloud deck has been developing misty conditions across central and
northeastern South Dakota. These conditions will continue through
tonight, helping to regulate the temperatures and dew points.
Minimum relative humidity values will stay above 70 percent today
and tomorrow because of this and the ample moisture around.
Northeasterly to easterly winds this afternoon will be gusting up
around 20-30 mph over the higher terrain over the next hour or so
before decreasing this evening and tonight to be gusting less than
15 mph. The northeasterly winds will be gusting up around 20-25 mph
Saturday afternoon.
