.DISCUSSION...A light west-northwest wind this morning should be
picking up steam by mid-day, with sustained winds 10 to 15 mph and
gusts by early afternoon into the 20 to 25 mph range. Relative
humidity this morning is variable ranging from around 70 percent
to 85 percent, and should be tanking down to somewhere between 20
and 30 percent this afternoon. Once high pressure building over
the region shifts into Minnesota tonight, winds should take on
more of a light southerly component around 5 to 15 mph on Thursday.
