This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota and
northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Rain will transition to snow on Tuesday along with wind gusts as high
as 45 mph. Snow amounts of 2 to 5 inches are possible, with
potentially higher amounts of 6 to 8 inches over the Sisseton Hills.
Blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

central South Dakota and northeast South Dakota.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Rain will transition to snow on Tuesday along with wind gusts of 40
to 50 mph. Drifting to blowing snow is possible when snow is falling
resulting in brief periods of reduced visibility. Snow accumulation
up to an inch is possible over portions of central SD with snow
amounts of 1 to 4 inches possible over portions of east central SD.

Winds will increase out of the northwest Tuesday morning with gusts
up to 60 mph expected. The combination of gusty winds and dry fuels
will lead to very high grassland fire danger. Outdoor burning should
be restricted.
