central South Dakota and northeast South Dakota.

Patchy to areas of dense fog will continue through mid morning.
Visibility may be reduced to around a quarter mile at times. Those
traveling this morning should be prepared for rapidly changing
visibility and reduced travel speeds. Plan extra time to get to your
destination. The combination of temperatures below freezing and dense
fog could result in light icing on vehicles, roads, and sidewalks.
