There is a marginal risk (1 out of 5) for severe thunderstorms late this afternoon into this evening as a cold front passes through. Large hail up to an inch and strong thunderstorm winds up to 60 mph are the main threats. Patchy fog, some of it dense, may develop this morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Near surface smoke may move into the region by Wednesday morning, potentially reducing visibility and creating poor air quality. Additional smoke is possible on Thursday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation may be requested.
