This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota,
central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

There is a marginal risk (level 1 out of 5) for severe thunderstorms
Thursday across central and northeastern SD and west central MN.

Friday, the area along and north of hwy 12 is in a slight risk
(level 2 of 5) for severe thunderstorms. The rest of central and
northeastern SD is in a marginal risk (level 1 out of 5) for severe
thunderstorms.

Heat and humidity will move in on Thursday and intensify Friday into
the weekend. Temperatures in the 90s to around 100 degrees will
become more widespread, while heat index values reach 100 to 105
degrees for some areas.
