below zero. The coldest wind chills will be in the James Valley
and eastward into west central MN.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Downslope winds from the southwest expected across the Sisseton Hills
region on Thursday, with gusts in excess of 40 mph possible. Areas
of blowing/drifting snow are possible.
