Today will start off cool and dry but clouds will thicken by midday with a chance for showers and storms by late this afternoon and early evening across south central South Dakota northeastward toward east central South Dakota and west central Minnesota. Drier conditions will return overnight but more showers and storms will be possible by Sunday afternoon.
