Minimum afternoon humidity will remain high today, above 50 percent across the forecast area. Therefore, the main fire weather concern this afternoon are widespread southeasterly winds gusting up to 20 to 30 miles per hour. Given the humidity, there is fairly widespread coverage of Moderate Grassland Fire Danger, although counties not seeing the strongest winds will remain in Low Grassland Fire Danger. Similar conditions are expected both Saturday and Sunday: High humidity paired with southeasterly wind gusts peaking at 20 to 30 miles per hour. Therefore, Grassland Fire Danger will also remain at Low to Moderate through the weekend.
