.DISCUSSION...

A 20 to 50 percent chance of showers and a few thunderstorms will be
possible today into this evening. Relative humidity this afternoon
will range from 40 to 55 percent, with light winds eventually
settling out of a northerly direction around 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday should be a dry day, on light west to southwest winds
between 5 to 15 mph. Afternoon relative humidity on Wednesday should
range from 35 to 50 percent.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture content of grasses,
and other dry organic material on the ground, indicate that the
probability of a fast moving fire is low.  Outdoor burning under
these conditions can usually be performed with reasonable safety
precautions, but should be monitored.


The outlook for Wednesday afternoon...The grassland fire danger
index will reach the low category.
