Min RH falls to 20 to 30 percent west river, lowest south of Pierre as temperatures rise to around the century mark. Low pressure moves into southwest SD this evening with a weak frontal boundary extending northeast toward the Sisseton Hills. This system will bring a marginal risk (1 of 5) for severe thunderstorms mainly northwest of a line from Victor to Vivian.
