Rain showers move out of the area today, but moisture remains high over the forecast area today. Minimum relative humidity will be above 50 percent this afternoon and Tuesday, with the exception of areas west of the Missouri River getting below 40 percent Tuesday. Winds will be out of the south through at 5 to 10 miles per hour, gusting up to 15 to 20 through Tuesday.
