High pressure will gradually build in today returning dry conditions to the area. Light north to northeasterly winds will eventually become southeasterly late today and into tonight. Rain chances will be on the increase from west to east late tonight into Thursday with additional chances persisting into Friday. Lowest relative humidity values today will be found across north central South Dakota with afternoon readings falling into the 30 to 35 percent range.
