...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BROWN AND EASTERN
MCPHERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM CDT...

At 945 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 8 miles southeast of Long Lake, or 8 miles west of
Leola, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Leola, Grassland Colony, Spring Creek Colony, Forbes, Wetonka, and
Elm Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
