WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

Sustained southerly winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph
are expected today with winds turning northwesterly this
afternoon. Occasional localized gusts up to 45 mph are possible. A
combination of the strong winds and dry fuels will result in
elevated fire weather conditions.
