NORTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING...

Patchy to areas of fog continues this morning. Some of the fog could
be dense as some locations may experience reduced visibility down to
a mile or less at times. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly
changing conditions and use extra caution traveling.
