Surface high pressure will begin moving east of the region overnight
and allow for south to southeast winds to return to the area. Areas
of frost are possible across portions of northeast South Dakota into
west central Minnesota by early Wednesday morning. Breezy and gusty
southerly winds will develop Wednesday into Thursday, bringing mild
and above normal temperatures back into the region, along with dry
conditions. Fire danger will be elevated on Wednesday.

Lows tonight will range from the mid 30s to low 40s. Highs on
Wednesday will rise into the upper 60s to low 70s for most locations.
