Fog is possible this morning, mainly over northeastern South Dakota
and west central Minnesota. Visibility is expected to get down to
around 2 miles, with locally denser fog possible. A cold front on
Tuesday brings the potential for severe weather, and a Marginal
Risk, level 1 of 5, is in effect for Tuesday for areas east of the
Missouri River.

Highs today will be in the mid to upper 70s. Lows tonight will be in
the upper 50s.
