A clipper system moving across the Dakotas into Minnesota is
responsible for strong winds up along the North Dakota South Dakota
state line as well as very mild temperatures and low humidity. Winds
continue shifting to northwest across the east through the late
afternoon and evening, with some mid and high clouds with maybe a
sprinkle but that would be about it. Temperatures tonight will dip
into the 30s, with readings rebounding into the 50s with a light west
wind.
