Surface high pressure will be building south into the region today
with cold temperatures and decreasing winds. Temperatures are
expected to fall below zero for eastern parts of the listening area
tonight as the high departs. Southerly winds will increase into
Thursday as a warm front approaches the region. By Saturday, another
clipper system will be moving southeast into the Northern Plains,
bringing an opportunity for more snowfall.

Highs today will be in the single digits and teens. Lows tonight will
drop into the single digits below and teens below zero for many
areas. Highs on Thursday will rise into the 20s and 30s.
