As a high pressure moves over the listening area today and tonight,
it will keep precipitation out. Some patchy areas of fog could
develop tonight in areas east of the Missouri River, with
visibilities becoming as low as a mile in localized areas. Early
Wednesday morning, a low level jet will develop and will cause some
isolated showers and potentially a storm or two to form over central
South Dakota and move east through the morning into the afternoon.
There will not be a lot of rain that falls from these showers, with
only a 20 to 40 percent chance for up to a tenth of an inch to fall over
portions of central South Dakota possible.

Low temperatures tonight will be in the low 40s to low 50s. These
temperatures will warm up Wednesday, with areas west of the Missouri
River having highs in the low 70s to low 80s and areas to the east of
the river in the upper 60s to low 70s.
