Dense fog is expected over northeastern South Dakota this morning,
with visibility down to a quarter of a mile possible. A Dense Fog
Advisory is in effect for the James River Valley and east until 10
AM.

Low pressure center to the south will continue to bring showers to
weak thunderstorms to central south Dakota today. There is some
potential for isolated flooding if showers track over saturated
areas for an extended period of time.

Highs today will be in the 70s. Overnight lows tonight will be in
the upper 50s.
