Showers over central South Dakota will move out of the region by mid
day. Cooler air will be over the region today before a brief warm up
on Thursday gets replaced with another shot of cooler air for the
end of the week. Meanwhile, smoke near the surface will be observed
throughout the region today before briefly clearing off later this
evening. The smoke is expected to make another short-lived appearance
on Thursday before clearing off Thursday night. Rain showers are
possible on Thursday as well.

High temperatures today are only forecast to top out in the upper 50s
to near 70 degrees. Low temperatures tonight should fall into the
upper 30s to mid 40s.
