Popcorn thundershowers continue through the afternoon and will
dissipate around sunset. Temperatures will be on the increase for
the next few days, with readings Thursday increasing into the mid 80s
to mid 90s. Temperatures jump even further Friday and Saturday with
highs well into the 90s to round 100 in central South Dakota.
Humidity will also be creeping up for Friday and Saturday, with heat
index values in the 90s to low 100s. Relief comes Sunday in the form
of a cold front.
