Strong winds are the main point of concern today, gusting upwards of
40 miles per hour over central South Dakota and 30 miles per hour
elsewhere. Winds will diminish slightly overnight tonight, but
return over northeastern South Dakota Thursday, where gusts up to 35
miles per hour are expected. Winds will begin to dissipate Thursday
afternoon and evening behind a dry cold front that passes through.

Overnight lows tonight will be in the upper 40s to low 50s. Highs
Thursday will be in the mid to upper 70s.
