Winds increase to fresh breezes over much of the area Wednesday
night, reaching near gale force for Lynn Canal Thursday morning.
Winds slowly subside through Thursday afternoon, bringing
lighter winds Friday. Our next large system moves into the Gulf
Friday night into the weekend.
