.DISCUSSION...

Kenai will be on the far southern extent of the rain moving
through this morning as an upper level feature moves through to
the north. For Wednesday and Thursday a low pressure system will
develop south of the Kenai Peninsula and move into the Sound with
upper level troughs moving into the area. Some light rain may
spill over the mountains Wednesday afternoon and Thursday, but
general model consensus keeps precipitation closer to the
mountains. Cool temperatures are expected along with light winds.
