.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A 994 mb low near 59N 147W and a 992 mb low near 56N 145W combine
near 58N 148W mid-Sat morning forming a 974 mb low. This low
moves to 56N 148W at 976 mb Sun afternoon. A series of fronts lift
across the Gulf to the northern Gulf Coast through Sun afternoon.
