...MODERATE TO HEAVY WET SNOW THROUGH THOMPSON PASS AND ALONG THE
RICHARDSON HIGHWAY FROM MILE MARKERS 25 TO 40 THROUGH EARLY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

Moderate to heavy wet snow will continue across Thompson Pass and
along the Richardson Highway from mile marker 25 to 40 through
early Thursday afternoon before quickly tapering off. Snowfall
rates of one inch per hour or more are possible over the next one
to two hours. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches of snow
are expected for Thompson Pass with 2 to 4 inches of snow at
lower elevations.

Travel through Thompson Pass and from mile markers 25 to 40 may
be difficult.

Slow down and use caution while traveling. For the
latest road conditions call 5 1 1 or visit 511.alaska.gov.
