...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM SUNDAY TO 9 AM AKST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Visibility as low as one
  half mile at times. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 10
  inches. Northerly winds gusting 20 to 30 mph.

* WHERE...NW Kenai Peninsula and SW Kenai Peninsula.

* WHEN...From 9 PM Sunday to 9 AM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less due to
  blowing and drifting snow. Travel could be very difficult. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow and potential for
  visibilities of one half mile or less will be for coastal areas
  along Cook Inlet. This includes the Sterling Highway corridor from
  Anchor Point to Clam Gulch, Kalifornsky Beach Road, and Kenai
  north to Nikiski. Snow is expected to taper off early Monday
  morning, but blowing and drifting snow will continue as gusty
  winds persist through late Monday morning.
