...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM AKDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Anchorage bowl.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM AKDT.

* IMPACTS...Ponding of water over roadways is leading to minor
  flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Chester Creek is
  approaching bankfull and water levels along other small streams in
  the area are also rising.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1002 PM AKDT, reports of heavy rain is occurring the
    advisory area. This is causing urban and small stream
    flooding in addition to overflowing of poor drainage areas.
