* WHAT...High flow due to excessive rainfall.

* WHERE...Solomon Gulch and Dayville Rd in Valdez.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM AKDT Friday or until Further Notice.

* IMPACTS...Although the dam is not threatened, excessive flow is
  going over the spillway and under the Dayville Rd Bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1210 PM AKDT, the Solomon Gulch Hydroelectric Project has
    reported high flow out of Solomon Lake measuring near 3,800
    CFS.
