River levels are also at flood stage in Hughes. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is expected through Tuesday, which is forecast to prolong high water levels. - Http://www.weather.gov/aprfc PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
