...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM AKDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Kobuk River at Kobuk.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poorly drained areas.
  The old road is flooded and water levels are near the new road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - As of Wednesday morning, the public has reported minor
    flooding in Kobuk. Another wave of rain is expected with half
    an inch to an inch forecast Wednesday through Thursday. This
    may impede the recession of elevated water levels.
