.DISCUSSION...
Cooler and moister weather is expected across the Eastern
Interior today in the wake of a cold front, with the warmest
highs being in the Upper Tanana Valley, where they will be in the
upper 50s or low 60s. Gusty winds will continue in the Yukon
Flats and White Mountains today but should end by late this
evening. Some light rain showers with limited accumulations will
move through parts of the area on Sunday. A warming trend with
drier min RH values is expected through the weekend, with warmer
temperatures in the upper 60s and 70s in the Upper Tanana Valley
and Fortymile Country and mid 60s in the White Mountains and
Yukon Flats by Monday.
