.DISCUSSION...
Key Messages...

- An additional trace to 0.25 in of precipitation is likely for
  low elevations in the Eastern Interior, with higher amounts
  likely for higher terrain. Most precipitation is expected to
  fall as rain, but snow is likely for locations with temperatures
  dipping near or below freezing.

- High temperatures are expected to linger in the mid to upper 40s
  with lows likely to dip below freezing into the upper 20s.

- Minimum RH values are expected to remain in the 50 percent range
  through mid-week, when values are likely to dip into the 40
  percent range.

- Winds are expected to remain relatively light and variable until
  Thursday, when southerly flow begins to strengthen through the
  Alaska Range passes. Gusts could reach upwards of 50 to 70 mph through
  the end of the week.
