.DISCUSSION...
Key Messages...
- Isolated thunderstorm chances will remain north of the White
Mountains today with another chance for storms returning by the
start of next week.
- Temperatures will be cool, in the 60s to near 70 today with a
warming trend expected on Sunday and Monday with temps into the
upper 70s and mid 80s. Warmest temperatures will be over the
Yukon Flats.
- Wind gusts upwards of 65 mph through the AK Range passes this
evening through 12 PM Monday. Wind gusts up to 55 mph are
expected in Delta Junction.
- Similar minimum RHs expected today in the Interior with a few
30% to 40% RHs are possible in the Upper Tanana Valley. More
widespread 30% values arrive on Sunday. A couple of 25% to 30%
values are possible in the Upper Tanana Valley and Eastern
Interior Monday.
