Days of widespread rainfall have left soils with a respectable amount
of water, particularly for areas at elevation. Periods of rain will
linger Thursday afternoon before diminishing through Thursday
night, with drier weather to follow on Friday before chances of
rain showers return over the weekend.

Winds will be on a continuing downward trend, becoming light and
variable through Thursday evening, then becoming light out of the
NE on Friday. High temperatures will hover around the low to mid
50s, with low temperatures in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Minimum
humidities will hover around 55-65%.
