.DISCUSSION...
A series of disturbances will continue to move up over the Kanuti
Flats. Bands of clouds and rain will help keep humidities high and
continue to aid fire suppression efforts. Temperatures will continue
to stay below normal. The next band of rain moves up over the fire
area late tonight into Wednesday evening. Models are projecting
between three-tenths (0.30") and a half inch (0.50") of rain will
occur on the fire. Rainfall should be light tonight. There will be
a break on Thursday with only isolated showers. Then on Friday
another band of heavy rain is expected to move through. More wetting
rains are expected. Saturday scattered showers are expected followed
by some potential warming and drying Sunday into next week.
